Eclipse Hotels & Resorts provides a Sales & Marketing & Reservations Service for all operations through its own Sales and Reservation Offices on 5 continents as well as specially screened and trained General Sales Agents in selected countries. A direct reservations number is maintained at no costs to the member Hotels.

Eclipse Hotels & Resorts International provides for its Group Hotels and Resorts the following services:

• Promotion of the Hotel with the public, travel agents, tour wholesalers, incentive houses, associations, airlines and other sources of hotel and travel related business.
• Gathering market intelligence on behalf of the Hotel in the Territory as requested
• Providing assistance to visiting hotel personnel on sales trips to the Territory
• Reporting on sales activities undertaken on behalf of the Hotel, when requested
• Performing, if required, such related tasks as listing the Hotel in hotel directories, executing direct mailings, communicating and liaising with agents and representatives within or outside the Territory as instructed by the Hotel.
• Encouraging tour wholesalers to feature the Hotel in their tour programs
• Following up on sales leads provided by the Hotel and likewise provide sales leads to the Hotel
• Soliciting bookings for the Hotel
• Distributing promotional literature of the Hotel
• Providing up to date and comprehensive information on the Hotel's rates, facilities and services to the public and potential sources of business when inquiries are made.

Eclipse Hotels & Resorts International is presently negotiating international alliances in all major European, North and South Ameican markets with hotel management companies, marketing, sales and reservations groups'.
