Restaurant Franchising | Sub Delicious Concept

After 23 years of successful operations of "Sub Delicious" restaurants in the United States, 2007 marked the inclusion of the Sub Delicious concept into the Restaurant Franchise offerings of the Eclipse Restaurants Group. The concept developed by the Buffalo, New York based Milani family 27 years ago and refined over the years is available for franchise either as "Speed Center" Fast Food concept or a fully developed Taste Center concept.

Designs may differ from location to location depending on the site requirements; only corporate design and color guidelines stay the same in all locations and of course the superior quality of the food offerings.

The heart of every Sub Delicious Food Offerings are the Signature "Hoagie", "Sub" and "Buffalo Chicken Wings", based on secret family recipes. Additional focus is placed on "The Largest Round Pizza in town" prepared in the specially designed Pizza Oven, exclusive to Sub Delicious Franchisees. The 32 inch Pizza will be a focal point of Sales activities and push the "New York" aspect of the food menu.

The Franchisee's menu can be assembled based on the Master Recipe book which contains over 150 menu items and each Franchisee's menu will be custom tailored to the particular market the store caters to. Local dishes enhance the international flair of the food offerings and are used to introduce the international dishes available to the customers.

For the Taste Center - Sportsbar concept a full Cocktail Menu has been created and interior designs for the Bar counter with integrated TV screens and the Signature Big Screen or Projector display for sports events are available for different sizes and locations.

The Sportsbar concept requires as well specialized equipment for Satellite Sports TV reception which is unique to Sub Delicious Sportsbars and will need to be more voluminous in variety and choice than any other competitor establishment in town.

Sub Delicious has outsold any Subway and Quizno's Franchise opened in direct competition with a Sub Delicious store 3 to 1 and every single competitor store was closed after a maximum time period of 3 years.

Full Online and Phone Ordering facilities are provided as part of the Franchise to enhance the Sales potential of every store.

Minimum Requirements for a Sub Delicious Franchise:

• Minimum US$ 200,000 per restaurant in cash, liquid assets, available financing, or a combination thereof.
• The prospective franchise group should have at least one partner with a successful business management background and one partner who qualifies as the Principal Operator.
• The Principal Operator must live in the area to be developed throughout the term of the franchise group's existence.
• Minimum Total Floor Area of 120 m² (including kitchen and storage) for Speed Center Operations or Minimum Total Floor Area of 200 m² (including kitchen and storage) for the Taste Center Operations.
• Population of at least 100,000 thousand in a 20 km² radius
• Concentration of retail, office and residential locations
• Entertainment and movie theaters are a plus
• Parking facilities
