Woodstone GrillFlames is a fully developed Grill Restaurant concept in a futuristic designed décor style of a Steak House and Bar. Special emphasize is given to freshly prepared Steaks, Chops, Ribs and incredible Fish & Seafood variations. All these meat dishes are complimented with specialty side dishes, sauces and dressings, creative appetizers and our full cocktail and mocktail list for the Sports Bar feeling.

The heart of every Flames Restaurant is the custom built Wood-fired Woodstone® Grill Island with attached "Flames Fresh Island" display Ice-bins and Salad and Appetizer Bar. These Islands were designed by EclipseHotels in cooperation with Woodstone® specific for every Flames Restaurant design and size to fit specially into the size of the proposed site.

Flames SteakThe design of the Flames Barbeque Grill with its double Gas and Wood-fired Grill feature is something unique to Flames and it was designed by the Eclipse Restaurants Development team and Woodstone® specifically for the Flames restaurant concept.

The main menus ingredients are charged on per gram basis directly from the "Flames Fresh Island" displays where they are chosen by the customers as per their likings and prepared fresh by the on-site Chefs.

These "fresh" items are complimented by Flames Signature appetizers, side dishes and "Fire Desserts".Fire & Ice

Every Flames restaurant is divided into 2 different restaurant sections, the "Fire & Ice Bar" and the Flames Restaurant section. The "Fire & Ice Bar" is the designated smoking area of the Flames Restaurant and it is divided from the Main Restaurant section through the custom built Water Wall.

Inside the "Fire & Ice Bar" special emphasis is given to the "Flames = Fire" theme with the one-of-a-kind Bar Backdrop design with the Waterfall/Fireplace and center design element and colorful backlighting and other design features.

The unique design of the "Fire & Ice Bar" is enhanced through special design elements carrying the theme of Fire all through the restaurant. Open Flames for cooking and as design elements combined with pictures of Volcanoes, Fires and Firefight equipment collected from the United States and the Philippines and special lighting created for the restaurant.

Fire OrbMinimum Requirements for a Flames Franchise:

  • Minimum US$ 350,000 per restaurant in cash, liquid assets, available financing, or a combination thereof.
  • The prospective franchise group should have at least one partner with a successful business management background and one partner who qualifies as the Principal Operator.
  • The Principal Operator must live in the area to be developed throughout the term of the franchise group's existence.
  • Minimum Total Floor Area of 250 m2 (including kitchen and storage) or 180 m2 (Excluding kitchen and storage) – floor area can be distributed over several levels if these levels are at least open air connected.
  • Optimal Total Floor Area of 350 m2 (including kitchen and storage)
  • Population of at least 100,000 thousand in a 20 km2 radius
  • Concentration of retail, office and residential locations
  • Entertainment and movie theaters are a plus
  • Parking facilities
