Hotels are different from other types of real estate investments primarily due to their daily occupancy and revenue fluctuations, the requirement for specialized management, and labor intensity. Understanding the cyclical nature and dynamics of hotel markets are critical to good investment decision-making.

During the actual development and construction phase unique skill sets are required from Architects, Interior Designers and many other consultants which are involved in the development.

In addition to pre-defined Technical Documents like Engineering Standards for each of our brands, Eclipse Hotels Executive's will assist in the following fields of Technical Services in order to enhance the guest experience through the authentic and informed design of functional hotel products that reflect the identity of each brand in our portfolio. We employ imagination, creativity, innovation and rigor to enable productivity and promote relaxation in stylish environments suited to the consumer segments we serve across each of the brands.

Architecture and Design

The Architecture and Design team's main objective is to help the owner and the owner's consultants plan and design Eclipse hotels of all brands that are both stunning and efficient. Our diverse collection of professionals hold distinct educational backgrounds and professional expertise in architecture, interior design and hotel operations.

Engineering and Information Technology

The Engineering and Information Technology team is responsible for ensuring that all building services, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communication, data, security and life-safety systems, are designed, installed, commissioned and operated properly and efficiently.

FF&E Project Management

The FF&E Project Management team was created to facilitate project coordination and assure a seamless transition from the construction phase to the hotel opening. The team is made up of skilled individuals with a variety of backgrounds in operations, project management and procurement. They work in parallel with the consultants and the rest of the Architecture and Design Services team to ensure that every detail of the design intent and operation planning is carefully executed.
