Guest Satisfaction

Eclipse Hotels web-based Survey System at surveys.eclipsehotels.com measures the feedback and guest satisfaction of Eclipse Hotels guests at both a property and brand level. The system helps identify areas of opportunity as well as successes by measuring various product and service attributes about a guest's stay.
