Eclipse Hotels & Resorts International offers at no additional charge, as part of our continued commitment to the property, complete Food and Beverage concepts ready to use at the owners discretion.

The following concepts have been developed and are available for immediate use:

The "Circle of Light" Restaurant concept was perceived as a Cocktail Lounge for all Eclipse Royale, Esquire Eclipse, and Eclipse Marquis Hotels and in certain cases the Eclipse Resorts and Piazza Eclipse Hotels. The "Circle of Light" shall be a great meeting place for the evening, for a quiet rendezvous or to unwind after a busy day. Food and Beverage services are trendy and elegant. The service is friendly, and the most professional Bartenders in the Industry will add to the "at home" feeling for long-staying, first time and returning guests. The "Circle of Light" is preferably situated in a central Ground Floor location of the Hotel and can be used as a Lobby Bar as well.

The "Total Eclipse" Coffee Shop and 24 hour restaurant is perceived as the central meeting point of the Hotel at any time of the day or the night. Every Eclipse Hotel (with the exception of "The Lodge by Eclipse") should feature "The Total Eclipse" Restaurant. Casual Dining DAY and NIGHT, this "always open" restaurant will be ready to serve 1 – 250 people from guests to visitors. Informal Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner Meetings will be enhanced with our "Mile High Deserts", "Food with Flair", Brick Oven Pizzas, Flame Broiled Burgers, Fabulous Salads and Sandwiches and the perfect surroundings 24 hours a day. Special features for this Restaurant include Weekend Brunches, our trademark "Breakfast in a Flash" for the Traveler who needs a quick bite before the busy day begins and special food promotions already implemented into this concept. The Atmosphere is casual with a 1950's Theme Décor.

Operated out of "The Total Eclipse" Restaurant, the Eclipse Room Service is viewed as a natural extension of the Restaurant to complement the existing concept and save necessary resources. Operating as well on a 24 hours basis the service will offer 90% of the regular fare of the Restaurant with the Extension of our proven "Gourmet Room Service" (dishes are prepared personally and in the Suite by a Chef).

"Flames" is a fully developed American Style Grill concept in the futuristic décor style of an American Steak House. Special emphasize is given to freshly imported Steaks, Chops and incredible Rib variations. All these meat dishes are complimented with specialty side dishes, sauces and dressings, creative appetizers and our full cocktail list. "Flames" will increase the image of every Eclipse Hotel & Resort with that "international flair" necessary for image building.

The "Tien" Restaurant features specialties from the different Chinese Provinces plus other Asian Specialties. Favorite Dishes from Thailand, Korea, Japan, the Philippines and Indonesia complement the already large selection of Chinese Dishes. The variety of Asian Dishes is enhanced by the selection of imported Asian beers, wines and liquors served in traditional Chinese settings. The concept includes a complete guide to authentic Chinese Dim Sum for Lunch with the original Cart Services. The bright colors and designs for the "Tien" Restaurant will eventfully transport the guest into the riches of Chinese and Asian cultures to enhance the dining experience even further.

The "Solaris" Restaurant is conceptualized as "THE" Mediterranean upper class and fine dining establishment of Esquire Eclipse and Eclipse Marquis Hotels. The simple Elegance of the wooden décor of red and oak woods is further enhanced by the open wine cellar shelves and candlelight style lighting. The guest is pampered by our chefs with eclectic and all time favorite foods. The extensive wine list and selected cocktails, plus our incredible deserts (selection of more than 20 specially designed desserts) rounds out the experience for the guest.

"Reflections" is the name we have chosen for the Pool and Recreation Area Food & Beverage facilities. Depending on the brand of Hotel, Reflections includes or does not include specialized function facilities like outdoor weather protected Banquet Areas or Private Cabanas. All Food orders will be serviced from the "Total Eclipse" Kitchen with emphasize on Snacks and Finger Food, while the outside (and eventual sunken bar) services standard regular and mixed drinks and offers an extensive menu of exotic islands drinks. The concept includes all necessary knowledge and preparation for Pool Parties, Dinners and Casual Fun in the Pool and Recreation Area.

Banquet & Seminar Concept

The Banquet & Seminar Concept includes all necessary knowledge for a successful Banqueting operation. Seminars, Retirements, Weddings, Business Meetings, seasonal functions, Exhibitions (depending on the size of the function rooms), Conferences and Conventions are fully covered in this concept. These functions will be executed by specially trained staff of the Food & Beverage Department, who will attend to the clients every need. Specialized Banquet folders and Banquet Sales Plans are included as well in the Banquet and Seminar concept.
