Preferred Vendor Program

The Preferred Vendor Program is an assembly of industry suppliers that have been carefully selected for its products, services and quality. All approved members of the preferred vendor program have Eclipse Hotels' certified products which meet or exceed the individual brand standards.

In addition to the quality offerings, Eclipse Hotels has negotiated special group-wide pricing options for our member hotels which can not be achieved by individual properties themselves and special free services for our member hotels.

Dedicated China / Asia Sourcing Team

Through China / Asia sourcing development costs can be reduced drastically, however maintaining quality controls, as well as communication channels, are the key to successfully sourcing in China and Asia.

Eclipse Hotels has established a dedicated Asia / China Sourcing team which generates contacts, provides quality control and tests products and services for their suitability in our branded hotels and their longevity in the daily use in a hotel environment.
