Eclipse Hotels uses a different philosophy than other management companies in our relationships with owners. Our philosophy is evident, not only in the way we approach projects, but in the way we strongly believe in sharing the responsibilities and risks with our clients through our "Money Back Guarantee". More and more we see an increasing number of owners who expect to be kept fully informed on all aspects of the day-to-day operations. Many of our competitors seem to have a policy of stamping their own particular brand of management and marketing on each project with no risk or responsibility should they fail to meet the owner's needs, while at the same time keeping the owner uniformed and held at arm's length from the day-today operations. We believe that a hotel management company should do more than just collect their monthly fees.

Eclipse Hotels believes fully in the owner's involvement by working together to make the hotel as profitable as possible for the owner. This is contrary to the standard hotel management contract used by competing management companies in the industry. We fully encourage owners, management and hotel personnel to become first-class professionals by working together as complimentary management and investment teams.

Management Contracts

Eclipse Hotels offers its management services in general worldwide, except for a very short list of non-competing countries were we currently do not intent to operate. The countries on our "negative" list are at the moment the USA, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran and Iraq. While our Eclipse Hotels management contracts are available worldwide our current development focus is on the regions of Asia and the Middle East.

When you engage Eclipse Hotels for the post-opening operation of your hotel Eclipse Hotels will provide the overall supervision of the management and operation of the Hotel through the General Management and Staff. The Hotel General Manager will coordinate the operational functions of both properties through the departments and staff of the Hotel.

Eclipse Hotels will make available to the Hotel all of its group expertise and its Sales & Marketing Networks. Being a member of the Eclipse Hotels Group allows each operation to call on assistance and resources of other operations in the Group. This can be in relation to Sales & Marketing leads, to Information Systems, to Staff Training and Recruitment.

Sales & Marketing Affiliate Contracts

Affiliation with the Eclipse Hotels will enable the operation to enjoy the positive market recognition of the affiliated Eclipse Hotels' brand while maintaining its own identity. The Hotel will be able to capitalize on this exposure and recognition of the international Standard and Expertise of Management and Services assured by being in the Eclipse Hotels Group.

The active promotion of the hotel under the Eclipse Hotels Group umbrella as well the worldwide distribution through the Eclipse.CRS Distribution platform as well our worldwide Sales & Marketing Network will generate additional business for the hotel.

Franchise Contracts

Eclipse Hotels currently does not offer franchising for its Hotel brands, however has a very active fracnhise development plan for its 4 Restaurant brands.
