Working with strong partners enables Eclipse Hotels to extend its reach with more options for our guest and more cooperation and cross-sales opportunities for our owners. 

We currently offer several different ways to participate in the long term success of Hotel Investments in Asia and the Middle East.

Eclipse Hotels Investment Partner Network

Eclipse Hotels' Development Team is approached on a regular basis with requests for partial investment support, off-market sales opportunities and bridge financing for Hotel and Resort projects in Asia and the Middle East. After carefully evaluating and feasibility studies on the long-term profit potential of these opportunities we submit them to our members of the Investment Partner Network for their evaluation.

The members of our Investment Partner Network have preferred and off-market access to these opportunities on a regular basis. This service is free to our Investment Parner Service members, all we ask in return is that the project will be under the management of Eclipse Hotels at the preferred dicounted rates for members of the Network.
